Jeera 1 tsp 2. Dalchini 1 inch 3. Green cardamom 2-3 pods 4. Black cardamom 1 no. 5. Tej patta 1 no. • Onions 5 medium size / 400 gm (chopped) • Ginger garlic chilli ½ cup (roughly chopped) • Powdered spices: 1. Turmeric powder ½ tsp 2. Spicy red chilli powder 2 tsp 3. Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp 4. Coriander powder 2 tbsp 5. Restaurant Style Egg Gravy | Restaurant Style Egg Masala | Egg Masala Curry | Egg Masala Gravy | Egg Curry | Egg Masala | Egg Curry by Spice Eats | Dhaba Style Egg Masala | Anda Curry | Anda Masala Ingredients for Restaurant Style Egg Gravy: - Boiled and shelled eggs- 6 - Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 1/4 tsp - Cumin seeds- 1 tsp - Green Chillies, chopped- 1-2 - Onions, fine chopped- 2 medium (total around 150 gms) - Ginger, crushed- 1.5 tsp - Garlic, crushed- 2 tsp Curd/Yogurt Spice Mix: - Whisked Curd/Yogurt- 4 tbsp - Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp - Coriander Powder- 1 tsp - Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp - Tomato Purée- 5 tbsp - Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves), roasted and crushed- 1 tsp - Salt- 1 tsp - Refined Oil- 3 tbsp Preparation: - Boil and shell the eggs. Add the turmeric and red chilli powder and mix it to coat the eggs. - Now take a pan and fry the eggs on low heat for around 2-3 mins till golden. Set aside. - Chop the onions & the green chillies. Peel and crush the ginger and garlic. - Preferably use readymade tomato purée available in stores alternatively blend 2 small red tomatoes and use that. - Dry roast the Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves) and crush it with your hand when cool. Process: - Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once it splutters, add the chopped green chillies and give a mix. - Add the chopped onions and add 1 tsp salt to taste. Fry on medium heat for 7-8 mins till light brown. - Now add the crushed ginger and garlic and fry on low heat for 2 mins. - Add the tomato purée and fry on medium to low heat for around 4 mins with a splash of water. Cook till oil separates. - Now lower the heat, add the curd/yogurt-spice mix and mix it well. ib: the labrador puppies i met all named after cheeses 🥺 I didn't grow up eating a lot of eggs bc my dad's allergic, so when my mom did make anda masala (a more punjabi-style one than my fusion one here), it was a treat 🍭 Coconut Jammy Anda Masala // INGREDIENTS // - 1/2 tbsp coconut oil - 1/2 tsp cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp fennel seeds - 4 cloves - 10 kadi patta (also called curry leaves or sweet neem leaves) - 5 garlic cloves, minced - 3/4 inch ginger, grated - 3 birds eye green chilies, finely chopped (+/-) - 1 small onion, finely chopped - 3 tbsp tomato paste - 1 large tomato, finely diced - 1/2 tsp turmeric - 2 tsp coriander powder - 1 to 2 tsp kashmiri red chili (+/-) - 1/2 tsp black pepper - Salt to taste - 2 cups full fat coconut milk - 1/2 tsp garam masala - Handful of kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves), crushed between palms - 4 pasture raised eggs // RECIPE // 1️⃣ Heat up coconut oil, then add cumin, fennel, & cloves. Once they start wiggling around, quickly & carefully add kadi patta (there will be spluttering so don't stand too close!) Toast around for 30 sec. 2️⃣ Add garlic, ginger, chilies, and onion. Sauté until onions are a bit translucent. 3️⃣ Add tomato paste & cook for 3-4min to caramelize - the color will go from bright red to deep dull red. 4️⃣ Add tomatoes, turmeric, coriander, red chili powder, black pep, & salt. Cook until tomatoes are mushy. 5️⃣ Add coconut milk, mix well, & raise the heat if needed to maintain a slight simmer. Simmer for 3-4min. 6️⃣ Add garam masala, kasuri methi, & mix well for a minute. Taste for salt then turn off heat. 7️⃣ Add the eight halves of your eggs. Garnish with a sprinkle of crushed kasuri methi. Jammy Eggs: 1️⃣ Bring a saucepan with enough water to cover the eggs to a vigorous boil. 2️⃣ Using a slotted spoon, lower in your eggs. 3️⃣ Immediately start a timer for 6min 30 sec (I personally prefer 6.5min than exactly 6min eggs, but you can try both!). Maintain a boil. 4️⃣ Remove the eggs and dunk them in the ice bath. Let them sit for 5min then peel & enjoy! #eggs #vegetarianrecipes #shorts

In a bowl add potato cubes, salt, turmeric powder and mix well. Let it rest for 10-15 mins. 2. In a pan heat oil and add marinated potatoes. Cook for 5-6 mins or until potatoes are half done. set aside. Directions for Fried Eggs Preparation: 3. In another bowl add boiled eggs and place cuts on them with knife. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix well. let it rest for 10-15 mins. 4. In a pan heat oil and add marinated eggs, cook for 1-2 mins. Set aside. Directions for Aloo Anda Curry Preparation: 1. In a pot heat oil and add black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon sticks, cumin seeds, curry leaves and cook for a minute. 2. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. 3. Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get soft. Add green chilies and mix well. 4. Now add yogurt and cook for a minute. Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cook until oil separates. 5. Add 1 cup of water and bring it to a simmer. 6. Add fried potatoes and cover and cook until potatoes are fully done. 7. Add fried eggs, 1 cup of water and cook for 1-2 minutes. 8. Garnish with green coriander and serve. Your aloo anda curry is ready. Prep time: 10-15 mins Cooking time: 30-40 mins Servings: 5-6

Egg Malai Curry or Egg Malai Masala is a low spice Egg Curry cooked in a creamy gravy without any cream! This unique Egg Curry was first made by Spice Eats and shared on YouTube. An easy to cook recipe that’s tasty as well as healthy. Check the updated version (with precise timings and instructions in English & Hindi) here: 🤍 Ingredients: Eggs- 4 (boiled, shelled, cut in halves) Onions - 2 medium, roughly cubed Green chillies - 2 Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp Cumin (Zeera) powder - 1 tsp Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder- 1 tsp (Link to our Garam Masala Recipe: 🤍 Coriander leaves - 1 bunch ( finely chopped) Milk - 200 ML Salt - 1 tsp or to taste Preparation: - Boil the eggs & cut into halves - Put the cubed onions & green chillies into a grinder & blend into a smooth paste - Fine chop a bunch of coriander leaves Process : - In a kadhai, add oil & once medium hot , add the onion-green chilli paste. Lower flame & cook for 2 mins - Now add the ginger-garlic paste & mix well - Keep cooking in low flame , stirring often, for around 15 mins till paste changes colour - Now switch off the flame & add the milk stirring continuously. Mix it well with the Masala - Switch on the flame & keep in low flame till oil separates - Put in the cumin powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder & salt . Add onion and fry until onions are brown then add tomato and cook until they are soft then add liver cubes and fry until it changes color. Add ginger garlic paste and mix. Add turmeric, red chili, coriander seeds and fry. Add yogurt and mix let it cook for 10-12 minutes on low flame. Add whole spice powder. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & ¼ Cup -Olper’s Cream ½ Cup -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5 -Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 8-10 -Adrak (Ginger) 2-inch piece -Kacha papita (Raw papaya) 2-inch piece -Lemon juice 2 tbs -Podina (Mint leaves) 1-2 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1-2 tbs -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs -Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste -Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp -Javitri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp -Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tbs -Chicken tikka 4 pieces (1kg) -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped -Lemon slices -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: -Blender jug mein dahi,cream,hari mirchein,lehsan,adrak,kacha papita,lemon juice,podina,hara dhania,sabut dhania,kali mirch powder,garam masala powder,zeera,namak,jaifil powder,javitri powder aur kasuri methi dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Chicken pieces ka dono sides per deep cuts laga lein,tayyar marinade ki ½ quantity dal ker ache tarhan coat kareib aur 1-2 hours kliya marinate ker lein & remaining marinade ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein. -Large tawa ko garam karein,cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker halki ancch per dono sides sa light golden ho jaay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes). -Reserved marinade dal dein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein. -Hari mirchein,lemon juice aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pak janay tak paka lein. -Hari mirch,reserved marinade aur hara dhania dal dein. -Hari mirch aur hara dhania sa garnish ker lein aur chapati ka saath serve karein!
