Driver didn't see the security barrier raising into position and drove straight onto it; Car was eventually towed off for repair. 2017:- as an update on this setup, it has been changed and we now have the raising bollards disabled and added is the pole type barrier (so less damage if it drops on car LOL). please think about when this was first built, it was when a lot of companies were thinking on protection from terrorism activities; so the design was sound in concept. just nobody thought about these types of accidents.

This is our latest hydraulic rising bollard, this product uses a high-quality hydraulic push rod, 3M level reflective strip and high brightness LED strip, which can meet the needs of most customers. The 6mm thickness of the bollard body is safer, and the protection level can reach the B2 rating, which is better than the K8 rating. The height of the bollard is 600mm, which can block most of the impact of vehicles.
